14-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date and weʼll refund the full cost of the item.
When making use of our satisfaction guarantee, you will bear the costs of returning the product. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Refunds will be processed within one to three (1-3) days of when we receive and verify the return of the product - and paid in accordance with standard bank processing times.
We cannot guarantee your return will be accepted if your request lapses the fourteen (14) day satisfaction guarantee policy.
